Once again the historic Roycroft Campus will be hosting 3 shows for 2017. The June and Sept/Oct shows will be outside. The Dec. show is indoors with limited space. Please complete and return this form with your non-refundable jury fee of $25 per show* and $150 per show booth fee made payable to the Roycroft Campus.  (*there is no jury fee for Arts & Craftsmen Guild Juried Artists)

Roycroft Campus Art Show Application Information

Artist Applying
Please read and complete the above application for all artists applying for one of more of the Art Shows on the Roycroft Campus. Please Note: Only original craft art, made by hand, or with the appropriate tools, by the artisan who is submitting the application, is eligible for the “Art” section of the Roycroft Campus Shows. Exhibitors must have a direct, hands-on involvement in the creation and execution of each piece of work to be exhibited. Work should be well conceived, expertly executed, and show creative design.

Payment
There is a non-refundable jury fee check of $25 per show you are applying for.

There is a charge of $150 for a 10x10 booth space, or $300 for a double space for each show you are applying for. Please make checks out to Roycroft Campus. If you are not accepted, this booth fee check will be returned.

June Show (Art & Antiques) Saturday & Sunday, June 24th & 25th, 2017 - Application due by April 1st, 2017
October Show (Art) Saturday & Sunday, September 30th & October 1st, 2017– Application due by August 1st, 2017
December Show (Art & Holiday Craft) Saturday & Sunday, December 2nd & 3rd, 2017– Application due by October 2nd, 2017 (space is limited)

 

Roycroft Campus Art Show Information

Set-up Times
Artists and vendors may begin set up on the Friday, before each show from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; or on Saturday morning starting at 8:00 a.m. Please understand that your booth must be ready for guests by 10:00 a.m. when the show officially begins.

Vendor’s will receive a Campus map with the location of their booth. We suggest that you bring a dolly or cart to help in your moving of equipment and artwork. Once you drop off all of your supplies please remove your vehicle from the Campus grounds as soon as possible so other vendors can have access to their area. Parking is available on the streets at a first come basis. Please follow the street signs for appropriate and legal parking. There will be no parking on the Campus for vendors.  

Your Booth
You will be allotted a 10” x 10” space for your booth (unless you have paid for an additional space). For the safety of you, your fellow vendors and our guests, your booth must be securely anchored down with stakes, weights or both. Please plan accordingly.

Tables and chairs are NOT provided, you must bring your own. Electricity is not provided and generators are NOT allowed.

All vendors will be responsible for securing their own property. We will be supplying a security guard on the Campus grounds both Friday and Saturday night.

Amenities
The Roycroft Campus will be bringing free water to all vendors at their tents. A variety of food items will be available to purchase on the Campus (food trucks) both days. Public restrooms will be available in the Power House and Print Shop on Saturday morning starting at 8 a.m. and Sunday starting at 9 a.m. Tent aides are NOT available for this event. Please plan accordingly. 

Tear-Down Times
The Roycroft Campus Art Shows goes until 5:00pm on Sunday. You may not start tearing down until this time. If you leave prior to this time you may not be allowed to participate in future shows on the Campus.
